FAQ

Fair questions.

Press "Copy signature", then in Gmail on a computer: the gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste → choose it under Signature defaults → Save Changes. It arrives formatted, with no code involved.

In the new Outlook and Outlook on the web: Settings → Accounts → Signatures → New signature → paste → Save. In classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste. If classic Outlook changes the layout when you paste, use "Download for Outlook" and copy the .htm file into %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.

Yes. On a Mac: Mail → Settings → Signatures → + → untick "Always match my default message font" → paste. On an iPhone: Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature → paste, then shake the phone once and choose "Undo Change Attributes" so iOS keeps the colors and formatting. The steps for each app are under the tool.

Yes, free. Choose "My whole team", paste one person per line (name, title, phone, email; pasting from a spreadsheet works) and set the company, website, links and style once. You get a matching signature for everyone, to copy individually or download together as one page to send round.

No. The signature contains only what you typed. There's no branding, no tracking pixel and no signup.

Yes, in the "Logo or photo" and "Stacked" layouts. The image has to be online already (for example your logo on your website: right-click it and copy the image address), because mail apps don't keep images that are pasted in. Keep it small and square; some recipients' mail apps hide images until they click "show images", so the signature is designed to read well without it.

Mail apps disagree about almost everything: web fonts are ignored, modern CSS is stripped, and columns collapse. A single table with inline styles and a web-safe font (Arial, Georgia, Verdana, Tahoma or Trebuchet) is the markup that Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail all render the same way.

No. The signature is built in your browser; your details are never sent to this server.

Yes. The phone number, email address, website, social media links and booking link are real links in the HTML signature, so recipients can tap to call, email or open them in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other mail apps.
