Yes. Google retired its Mobile-Friendly Test and the Mobile Usability report in Search Console in December 2023 and now points people to Lighthouse. This test uses Google's own PageSpeed service (which runs Lighthouse) to load your page on an emulated phone, then presents the result the way the old test did: a screenshot, a verdict and a short list of what to fix.
