Kosmo Dental Clinic is a dental practice in Arrah, Bihar. The project built its entire public presence: a mobile-first website designed to generate appointments and phone calls, presenting treatments, dentist credentials, patient reviews and a booking flow that works in a few taps.

01 — The Problem
The Problem
The clinic's reputation was strong locally, but online it barely existed. Patients researching a dentist could not judge its quality, see its treatments, or book without calling during working hours. Every enquiry depended on the phone being answered, so patients searching in the evening simply went elsewhere. For a clinic whose care is genuinely good, that gap between the real standard and the online impression was costing real patients.
02 — Research
Research
I looked at how patients actually choose a dentist. They want to know it will not hurt, that the dentist is experienced, that the equipment is modern, and what it will cost. They almost always look on a phone, often late at night, and they judge clinical quality by how professional the website feels. Those findings drove every decision on the page.
03 — Planning
Planning
The site was planned as a single, well-paced journey rather than a maze of pages. Every section answers one patient question and leads to the same action: book an appointment. Mobile was designed first, because that is the device nearly every patient uses to search.
04 — Design
Design
The design leads with reassurance. Real patient ratings, experienced dentists, pain-free treatment and same-day emergency care are visible immediately, because those are the fears and needs patients arrive with. It is built to feel like a polished mobile app: clean, calm and clinical without being cold, so the website carries the same sense of care the clinic does.
05 — Development
Development
Built with Next.js and React, statically rendered for speed on the mid-range phones patients actually use. Booking, tap-to-call and WhatsApp are permanently within thumb reach. Local business schema markup helps the clinic surface for dental searches in its area.
Engineering
Challenges worth mentioning.
Challenge
Patients search at all hours, but a clinic can only answer the phone during working hours, so out-of-hours interest was being lost entirely.
Solution
An appointment request flow captures the patient's details any time of day, so the clinic wakes up to enquiries instead of missing them. WhatsApp gives an instant channel for anyone who wants a faster answer.
Challenge
Medical websites easily feel either sterile and corporate or cheap and untrustworthy, and both lose patients.
Solution
A warm, confident design led by real proof, patient ratings, credentials and genuine photographs, so the site signals competence and care at the same time.
