Website rescue: your broken, slow or "Not secure" site fixed in a week, from $400

Website rescue fixes an existing site that has stopped working properly: pages that error, a "Not secure" warning, a contact form that never arrives, a site that takes ten seconds on a phone, or a lapsed domain. It costs from US$400, fixed in writing after a free diagnosis, and most fixes are done within a week.

What gets fixed

One rescue covers the problems that cost you customers right now:

  • "Not secure" warnings: HTTPS certificate, redirects from http://, mixed content
  • Broken pages, broken links and server errors
  • Contact forms and booking forms that stop sending
  • Slow pages on phones: image compression, caching, removing what slows the page down
  • Mobile layout bugs: text cut off, buttons off-screen, menus that won't open
  • A lapsed or misconfigured domain, email and DNS records

What it doesn't cover

Redesigns and new features are separate projects. If the diagnosis shows the site would cost more to rescue than to rebuild, I'll say so: a Starter website starts at US$800.

How it works

  • Run the free audit or speed test, or send me the address and what's wrong
  • A free diagnosis and a fixed quote within one business day
  • Access to the site, domain or hosting account (I'll explain exactly what's needed)
  • Fixes, a re-test and a short report of what changed

Questions about website rescue

Usually, yes, as long as you can access the domain registrar and hosting account, or can recover access. I'll walk you through recovering anything you're locked out of.

Yes for WordPress and custom sites. On Wix and Squarespace, fixes are limited to what the builder allows; the free diagnosis tells you what's possible first.

You get the diagnosis free and a fixed quote before any work. If a rebuild makes more sense, I'll tell you plainly and you decide.
